Walk exterior perimeter of single-family homes to check pool condition, screening, signs of vandalism, etc.
Report on landscaping and maintenance needs

Check HOA compliance notice assessment notice
Check for exterior damage, vandalism or forced entry
Visual inspection throughout property including lanai and garage.
Run faucets, sink disposals, and flush toilets.
Check that main water valve is turned off after each inspection (unless otherwise requested by client).
Digital Home Watch Inspection Checklist Report completed during each home watch inspection.
IMMEDIATE reporting to Client of any abnormalities found.

On-island Contact Person - We are responsible for being your point of contact on the island when you are away.
Emergency Support - We are here to handle the “what ifs” in your absence. We will act as a key holder, responding to alarm calls, contacting maintenance companies to address any problems, and letting in and supervising any service personnel who set foot on the property.
Welcome backservice - This service is perfect for snowbirds and any long term vacancies but also if guests use the home. We ensure that the home is prepared for the arrival.
A Close-up service - Just didn't have enough time to close the property for your long trip, we will close it up for you.
